Burgundy itinerary

Jump to last reply

My husband and I are going to travel through Burgundy for a week in September after visiting Paris for a couple of days. We're planning to drive from Paris, stopping in Beaune and Dijon before ending in Lyon and flying out of there. What's the best way to spend our seven days? Is Geneva worth a stop? Or Chamonix? I always love recommendations from Fodorites, so any suggestions you have as to itinerary or accommodations would be most welcome. We're flying for free on miles so we don't mind spending a little extra on rooms, food, etc. Thank you in advance!
