terminala.com for all routes and lines in Europe. Just booked a clickair.com flight Bilbao to Bcn with no problems, cheap price, everything went smoothly.
Try Clickair, Ryanair or Vueling. We got a really cheap (I think 40 euros) flight on Vueling between Barcelona and Granada in June. Just an FYI -- my credit card did not want to go through when I tried to book the Vueling flight online. American Express thought someone had stolen my card (my friend tried her Visa and they blocked it, too) and wouldn't put the charge through. I had to call and tell them it was really me!
clickair has now amalagamated with veulling so do not look for click. Spanair has lots of flights as does easyjet. I would avoid ryanair at all cost as everything is extra and luggage allowance is low, plus they use a lot of airports a long way from the major city they make you think you are traveling to
easyjet is another one
plus if you book early enough then look at Ibeira for some good prices
