Budapest - help on some additional to dos.

Jump to last reply

After some deliberation, have added Budapest to our CE holiday, and are spending some 4.5 days there. Plan is to take the overnight from Prague, and stay at an apartment in Dist. V.

Other than the musea+churches/walking around etc, toying with these ideas:
1) Have been reading about the underground caves - which ones are worth it without being overly strenuous or tiring? Any reccos? Or should we skip it altogether, and do the Prague underground walk instead?
2) Would like to watch a folkdance or such. Any specific reccos? Please advise. Are the boat rides of dinner plus folkdance worth it? Should I just book a theatre show instead, and online? or go there and buy?
3) Cruise on Danube Bend. Thinking of doing Mahart Nave to Szentendre and taking the train back. Tried to pre-book but couldnt book July dates. Are there any other cruise companies to explore or just go there and figure?
4) Is Margaret island worth the trip given the 4 days we will get if we go to Szentendre?
5) Are the Hungarian baths a must do or can we save that for Istanbul (and another trip altogether!)?

Thanks in advance.
