Budapest baths in March?

Our daughter is studying at Corvinus University and we are visiting her in mid-March. I have read about the baths in Rick Steves' book and am now wondering about visiting them when it is not "outdoor swimming weather." Is it worthwhile to go when it is cold outside? If so, it sounds like we need indoor baths. Don't want gender segregated because there will be males and females in our group.
