Brugge on Saturday or Sunday?

Jump to last reply

I want to make a day trip from Ghent to Brugge either tomorrow (Saturday) or Sunday and Sunday would be more convenient. I know most tourist sites are open Sunday - at least in the afternoon, but what about the rest of the town - shops and restaurants - are they open or closed on Sun? I don't want to go that day if the town feels dead.
