Britain's next PM: it'll be a woman

Jump to last reply

Britain's next Prime Minister will now be either Theresa May (in the current parlance: Soft Brexit) or Andrea Leadsom (Hard Brexit) after the only remaining male candidate was eliminated from the contest today.

The decision will be made by the ruling Conservative Party's 150,000 members, and will be announced on September 2.

Sadly, after the party was inundated with requests to join, it was announced that only those who'd been members for 3 months or longer are eligible to vote.
