Hello, does anyone have a suggestion of a place to have breakfast near Paddington Station? We'll be staying at the Hilton Paddington, and I'm hoping to find a nice place other than the hotel, for breakfast. Thank you

Trip Ideas
The entire area around Paddington station is absolutely teeming with restauranta of all types; you should have no problems walking out the door of the Hilton and finding something to suit, even inside the station itself are gourmet coffee/muffin bars. We ate at Garfunkels (a chain similar to Dennys) for dinner once, I would imagine they are open for breakfast also.
I am so not a fan of the Garfunkels chain. It is just like Denny's and while I've had a breakfast or 3 at Denny's on the road in the US, I'd go out of my way to avoid it abroad.
As Daisy mentioned. Paddington has a lot of coffee shops and casual/take away restaurants.
I think there is a Sainsbury grocery immediately adjacent to Paddington. Unless you're looking for an alternate sit down full English b-fast, I'd be inclined to have fresh fruit & yogurt and a decent latte from Costa or Caffe Nero.
