Booking w/ Presto Tours + Restaurants/Nightlife

I finally have chosen my tour company for our trip to Rome in August. We decided to go with Presto Tours as they seemed to have the best reviews, lots of great comments about the guides and they have small groups. We booked 3 group tours with them. A Vatican Tour, a Colosseum/ancient rome tour and a night illuminated rome city tour. Customer care was great and very helpful.

I am now looking for some advice on restaurants around the Vatican City area? What to do with children besides tourist sites in rome? Any advice? Nightlife?
