Which airport?
I dont think you can get to either airport directly.
It looks like you can take a train from Bologna Centrale to Milano Rogoredo station which looks like a short distance from Linate airport (perhaps a short taxi ride away)
www.trenitalia.com for train schedules
Directions to Linate do not include options for trains so you cant get their directly: http://www.milanolinate-airport.com/...ns-and-parking
Directions to Malpensa show a change in central Milan: http://www.milanomalpensa-airport.co...rking/by-train

www.trenitalia.com yes for schedules and also to book discounted tickets that are however train-specific and may be hard to change or refund - full fare tickets can be bought in Bologna at the same price as online and you can then take any train of that type to Milano Centrale - you will get a seat reservation that is mandated with the ticket but it can be changed without any problem anytime I believe.
For lots of good stuff on Italian trains check: www.seat61.com - good advice on discounted tickets; www.ricksteves.comand www.budgeteuropetravel.com.
Trains leave Bologna Centrale at :36 after each hour for Milano Centrale and take 1 h 02 minutes. At Centrale either take the airport train or airport buses. If taking the train buy a thru ticket to the airport and jamikins outlines the other route via Milano Rogoredo station to the airport.
I think it may be easier just to go to Milano Centrale then train or frequent buses from there to the airport.
