Link says it's in Prague 9, which is Northeast of the Old Town. Should not take that long to get there. Maybe 30 mins by public transit. If you really love to bobsled, I guess it would be worth it. Prices are cheap, and it looks like there is a decent restaurant there. If you go, let us know about it!

I haven't been to the one in Prague but it appears to be the same type of slide that they have up at Attitash in the White Mountains (Bartlett), NH.
The slide up there is fun but it's not something that I would go out of my way to do it I only had 3 days in Prague (especially if you happen to live near NH).
Just a warning that when we were kids my younger sister (the daredevil) decided that she was going to ignore the "slow" signs on the track and went as fast as she could. Needless to say her sled flew off the track and she ended up in a face plant on the concrete track. We didn't have to visit the emergency room but she was pretty scraped up - face, both legs & both arms. She is still traumatized by the event and hasn't taken her 8 year olds on the slide yet...

Here's the Attitash link, since the Prague link is in Czech I thought having an English description might help in your decision:
