Blogs about Andalucia or Madrid
My husband and I have tentative plans to travel to Andalucía, with a couple nights in Madrid as well, in the spring of 2017. When preparing for past European trips, in Italy specifically, I really enjoyed reading blogs written by people currently living there. Some of them were food related, some on the arts, language, history and/or culture. I'd love suggestions for blogs about Andalucía, Madrid, or Spain more generally if you have them. Thank you!

Indyhiker: not sure what web browser you're using, but in Google Chrome and Safari (and I believe in Firefox, but can't speak to it 100%), you can translate the page to English. It won't be perfect, but you'll be able to get most of the content and gist of the idea. In GoogleChrome, when the page pulls up, there's a small little arrow and A symbol in the far right of the address bar, and you click it and it translates.
I don't have any blog recommendations, but I find that the translate page function is really helpful for local sources in native languages I don't speak!

The only blogs I read are in Spanish, like Salsa de chiles and 7 Caníbales.
This page isn't a blog, but it is in English and offers some excellent reviews: www.diningsecretsofandalucia.com

Thanks for the tip inspiredexplorer. I use Safari on my iPad and while it sometimes gives me the option to translate, I do not see that option when I open Robert's link. But I'm also a Luddite so there's that. I'll play around with it. I appreciate the suggestions so far and have really enjoyed reading past threads and trip reports on this part of Spain. The contributors who frequent the Spain sub forum are really helpful, informative and patient with those of us unfamiliar with the country. So thank you.
