Bicycle hire in Haarlem and best tulip field routes

Jump to last reply

We are checking in (leaving our bags) at Carlton Square on a Friday morning 28 April, and was planning to hire a bike for the day.

How much would the bicycle hire cost? I suppose the best place would be the train station. I read that it could be included in the cost of train ticket but I will be using a Eurailpass.

I'd like to see the tulip fields around the area. Apparently the nicest area is around Lisse to Sassenheim?

Also, could anyone recommend which routes to take? I think we'd do part train part cycling as I can only handle cycling around 10km at a time. Thanks!
