Best Tours/Attractions: Cork(Cobh)-Ireland & Falmouth(Cornwall)-England

We are a couple who are taking a Princess Cruise in May 2013 and will be in port for @ 8-10 hours in Cork, and @ the same for Falmouth. What would your top tour and/or attraction recommendations be in those areas for a day each?
