Best horseback riding in So west Ireland?

I am an experienced rider looking forward to a trail ride of some sort to see the country side. I have found several palces but wonder if anyone has any experiences-good or bad- that might help narrow the search. We are staying in Adare and I contacted the stable there and got that they were more a training/showing barn rather than tourist/sightseeing barn.
I am thinking maybe Killarney Natl Park or the Dingle Penninsula or ROK for sight seeing rides. 2 weeks to our trip!!!
