Best day and time to pick up rental car at CDG?

Please help us choose the best day of the week and time of day (if there is such a thing) to pick up a rental car from Europcar at CDG.

Air France used to have a flight that got us in around 6 am. We were usually near the front of the line at Europcar and were out of the rental lot by 8 am.

Now their flight gets in around 8:25 am. By the time we picked up our luggage last trip, we were 15th in line at Europcar and didn't leave the airport till noon.

If you have an idea about the best time of day or day of the week to pick up a car at Europcar, we'd like to know so we can factor that into our planning. Thanks.
