Hi, I was in Milan recently and picked up an English paper and it had a lot of places listed to have brunch.
A friend of mine told me about one of the American hotels having a nice one but voices have told us both that there were better ones in other places but no one tell us the names of these places.
I read about a place called the California bakery but I don't know what kind of stuff the serve. My family and others would like to find a really good bunch that offers even the normal American pancakes or french toast and bacon, etc.
Does anyone know of great places for brunch in Milan?
I appreciate any help.

Trattoria Milanese serves brunch?????????????????????
No one has had brunch in Milan?
Micia: Brunch is not an Italian custom. Some hotels may offer it on Sunday but generally, the meal times are pretty well set; lunch usually begins at noon. Restaurants are not open before that time. Cafes would be open.
Hi ekscrunchy, thanks, but I am well aware brunch is not a general thing.
However, I do know there are many places in Milan that serve brunch as I have seen the ads in a paper and lists of places at a consulate.
I am hoping to find someone here that can help me pick out one from the many.
The brunch at Sheraton Diana Majestic hotel...definitely the best
