Berlin/Prague Itinerary Too Much, Too Little?

I haven't been away in too long, so I am a little anxious with the planning for this trip. I'm hoping for some feedback on my loose plan at this point. My mother, daughter and I (13) are going to visit some family in Berlin the last few weeks of June and the first week of July, but will have ten days free on our own. We have all been to Berlin several times before and so are not doing most of the Cold War/WWII sights this trip since we have seen them in the past. I've tried to balance everyone's interests - daughter (animals and castles), mother (gardens and pre world war I history) and me (genealogy mostly this trip) I'm mainly wondering if I'm giving too much time to some activities. Thank you in advance!! Everyone always gives such helpful feedback here.

Friday - Arrive late morning, settle in, Berlin Philharmonic tickets at night
Sat - Gemälde Galerie, Alexanderplatz (TV Tower, Marienkirche, etc), some time in Nicholaiviertel (where my family comes from), afternoon at the zoo, Kaiser Wilhelm Church, Ku'damm

Sun - Peacock Island, afternoon on the Wannsee (weather permitting)

Mon - Potsdam Sansouci, gardens, town

Tues - Wittenberg - want to hear the organ! Does this still happen on Tues?

Wed - Morning -Reichstag, Jewish Memorial, Berlin library for me (I have an appointment
with someone to help with family history research) Charlottenburg for family,
Afternoon- German history museum, Berlin Dungeon Tour

Thurs - Sachenhausen in the morning, Museum Island in the afternoon

Fri - Very early train to Prague (I originally was going to have to go to Prague for just one day for work, but that fell through but DD fell in love with the idea so we're making a quick visit) Arrive Prague 11:46
Afternoon - see what Jewish Quarter sights we can, I understand closes early on Friday, walk around the Old Town, Ghost Tour for mom and I, marienette theatre for DD and my cousin

Sleep Prague at Charles Bridge Residence

Sat - morning Castle area, 2:00pm underground tour, 6:00pm train back to Berlin
