Your budget and interests would be just as appreciated
Best if you do some research and then come back and post your hotel options, proposed itinerary, etc. and request input.
Have you read the many trip reports on this site? Used the search function to find relevant threads? Used the internet, Trip Advisor and the dozens of tools available to you to research Berlin?
You really have to put in a bit of effort on your own first. Posters here are happy to help refine your choices.
Depending on your budget, there are loads of centrally located hotels. This one is superbly located, steps to public transport, breakfast with a view of the Kaiser Wilhelm church Memorial, right on the boulevard in a busy section of town packed with restaurants, tour options, shopping. It is fairly basic and you enter on the street level and take an elevator up to the "hotel" floors. We had a little trouble finding it because we were looking for more of a stand alone hotel facade. Ask them for specific directions.
