Beer trip around Belgium...anyone interested/got any advice?

Jump to last reply

Hi everyone. My name's Dave, I'm 24 and from Ireland.

I'm heading over to Amsterdam on May 10th and have the flying pig uptown booked for 4 nights. No train booked down to Belgium as of yet (I'm giving myself a bit of flexibility in case I want to stay and sample what Amsterdam has to offer a while longer..!) but when I do make it down there I'm hoping to visit a lot of the Abby and Trappist breweries around the country.

Any other beer lovers out there in their 20s looking to do something similar around mid May who'd like to pair up? Any advice from travellers who've done such a trip before would be much appreciated too. Cheers!
