I'll be on the island of Paros for most of July and want to take a ferry from Paros to Folegandros for a few days. What is the ferry schedule like to get there and back. I want to make my lodging arrangements in advance, but can't get the ferry schedule yet. Thanks for your help!
Been to Folegandros?

Ferry Schedules for next July won't be out for several months, probably not until at least April or May, but you can use the calendar function on this link to backtrack to last July to see what was available then. This won't necessarily tell you what next July's timetables will be but it's a pretty safe bet to assume that it will be similar, at least one ferry almost every day. Right now you can't hope to get more specific than that.

schedules don't publish until late in spring but if you get hold of the 2010 edition of Grewin Poffley's Greek Island Hopping you'll have a good idea - will probably publish early in the new year. he knows more than the ferry companies. book has outstanding island guides too.
in july you should be ok whenever you book - there's so much inter-island traffic. if you want to be sure, overlap by a day or so either end...accom is not overly expensive. do you know where exactly on folegandros you want to stay? and, for that matter, where on paros?
We went there from Santorini a couple of years ago. We booked our Folegandros stay at Anemomilos Apartments and the owner advised as to which ferries have had unchanged schedules for years. They did not run daily when we were there late May. We took her advice an had no problems.
We absolutely loved Folegandros!
