Beaune - Restaurant Recommendation Needed
We'll arrive in Beaune on a Sunday afternoon in September. Many restaurants are closed on Sunday evening, so I'm thinking we should find something and make a reservation somewhere for that evening. We're not really 'foodies' but would enjoy something simple and reflective of the local cuisine. Also moderately priced (€20-30 per person menu), if possible.
Hoping for some good suggestions!

Maine GG....(how I love Maine!)
To fit within your budget, I'm suggesting a very good little place just a short walk from the hospice...(5 min.)
La Grilladine...we ate there twice two years ago and were impressed with the menu offerings. There was a €15 menu and a €20 menu p/p/ including deserts. Comfortable ambience.
We stayed at a small hotel just minutes from there, also.

We ate dinner at this brasserie on the terrace... we were casually dressed and had a nice inexpensive dinner here, and would eat there again if we returned to Beaune. www.resto.fr indicates the place is open 7/7...you could email them at their website:

Thanks Stu and Travelnut. Both of these look like good possibilities. We may have to try to dine at both during our stay.
Stu, thanks for the lovely photos. I've been wanting to visit Burgundy for years. We really enjoy wandering in areas rich in history, culture and scenic beauty (one reason we live here in an old house in a small town in southern coastal Maine).
