Beach Villa Rentals

Anyone have know of any good websites or travel agents who specialize in villa rentals?

13+ group is planning a week vacation for May/June 2007. Greece is our first choice but we are also looking into Italy, Spain, Portugal, France or Croatia.

Also, we'd like to spend less than 400/500 per person for the rental.
