B&B's in Plymouth

I will be in Plymouth in Devon County in mid-October and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a B&B to stay at. I have been thru Smoothhound and found Berkeley's Guest House, Edgcumbe Guest House, and Cranbourne Hotel that look good from the Internet sites, but would really love an opinion of someone that has stayed at any of these places or any other suggestions. Thanks for your help.
