Base in Sorrento - Hotel Regina, Palazzo Tasso, or ???

We will base in Sorrento for 5 nights in late September to take in the area as first- timers.
Have a room reserved at Palazzo Tasso in the main piazza, opting for good location, budget- friendly accommodations rather than a larger hotel with a view. A slight mixup with our room will necessitate a move to a new room after one night, then the duration will be in another room-- not the same room with a balcony we thought we had reserved originally. Owner has been very lovely to deal with. Not such a big deal to switch, but--looking around, we see that Hotel Regina has some very good recent reviews, as well, has views of the bay. Looking for opinions on these two hotels. We figure we will be spending most of our time on day trips to Pompeii, Capri, and Amalfi Coast towns, so will experience scenic views every day, and being close to Piazza Tasso will give us lots of options we can walk to in the evenings, as we will not have a car.
