Barcelona - choosing one restaurant for dinner

We are looking for recommendations for one dinner in Barcelona. we will be in the city for one night after our cruise and looking for recommendations.

We are staying at the Hotel AC Diplomatic on Pau Claris
Looking for suggestions within walking distance of the hotel

We are two adults and two teens who enjoy good food, not looking for a touristy spot

Thank you

Would like to stay within a 10-15 minute walk.
Price range trying to stay within 100 euros for the four or us, not including wine

A tapas place is just fine, we aren't looking for a fancy meal just good local food

If you are ok with sitting at the bar or at tables that you may have to share with others, Tapac24 has fantastic modern food and you can stay within your budget. It is a clamorous place that draws locals and tourists; the alter you eat, the more chance of being with locals. They stay open from 8am to midnight nonstop, which is rare for Barcelona. I do not believe they take bookings. The pics on the website give you an idea of what it looks like and the site has a menu with prices. (Click on"the tapas" and then "tapas menu.") These will be supplemented by the day's offerings.

Again, the food is superb,as this is the lower priced venture of a well known chef.
