B and B in Kenmare / Killarney National Park

We will be in Kenmare for 1 night in May and wonder if anyone has an opinion about which of 2 B and B's we are considering would be better . One is RockCrest and the other is RiverVille House. Since we will be spending most of the day in Killarney National Park... we want to spend the late afternoon and evening exploring Kenmare Town. We would really like to be within a 5 min walk to the town center if possible. Any other suggestions would also be welcome. We are looking to spend ~30-35 euro per person.

Also any suggestions on how we can get the most of the 3-4 hours we have to see the National Park before heading to kenmare. any short hikes to consider. there seems to be so many options. Can we drive though Gap of Dunloe?? Hike Torc Waterfall. Hike around Killarney lakes. What have you all enjoyed.
