Austria - Alpenland St Johann- Has anyone stayed here before

Hello...traded my timeshare to this place in Austria

Has anyone stayed here before? Is it easily accessible by bus or train? Should we rent a car? We would like to do at the least The Sound of Music Tour in Salzburg.

Any advice?
