Attending concerts at the Eiffel Tower

Can someone tell me the procedure for attending the concerts at the Eiffel Tower. A group I like used to perform at Ste. Chapelle but now is at the Tower. Do you need to stand in line to buy a ticket to access the location, or is there a separate entrance (as for the restaurants). I would hate to misjudge the time needed and miss the concert.

I read a pitiful bit of French... it looks like this might say:

Tickets are sold the same day starting at 10am to 45 minutes before the concert,
at the Kiosque situated at the foot of the North Pillar of the Eiffel Tower.
Exchange at the same kiosque any tickets bought at the agencies (ie. FNAC, Virgin Megastore)
Take your "title of access" to the elevator at least 45 minutes before the concert.
Welcome (?) and climb to the 1st floor:
All persons who can show a concert ticket will be allowed access to the elevator on the 1st floor.
Note: the ride up takes 10 minutes.
--------------------------------------

http://www.ampconcerts.com/eiffel.html

>>>> anyone else have a more accurate translation?

Tickets on sale the very same day from 10 H and at the latest 45 minutes before the concerts, in Kiosque/Billetterie located at the ground floor close to the northern pillar of the Eiffel Tower. Exchange with this same kiosk of the tickets bought in agencies (Fnac - Virgin...) And withdrawal of the titles of access to the elevators at the latest 45 minutes before the concerts. Reception and rise on the 1st floor: Any person having bought a ticket for the concerts will see herself giving a title of access to the elevators for the 1st stage. Caution: a rise every 10 minutes.

Your translation was just fine - loads better than Intrepid's Babblefish rendition. I think all that the Acceuil means in that context is for ticket holders to go through the welcome area and up the elevator to the first floor. The "title of access" is presumably some kind of pass given to you to show you've paid and may have access to the elevator.

Bless you. In the past I have "bought" tickets through ampconcerts.com but never had an actual ticket in hand. My name was on a list at the concert. That was my concern - if I didn't have a ticket, how did I convince anyone I was supposed to go to the first level "free."
