Nope, not an ATM in site. I guess you're out of luck.

If you have not already located some, when you exit the customs area, turn right and you will find a tourist information desk. Opposite this desk is a bank of ATMs.
I rarely use ATMs but they are literally everywhere in Lisbon and Porto so you shouldn't have a problem. The tourist info people will provide you with a car and driver and you can use a credit card if you need to; there are cheaper ways to get into town, but this is certainly convenient. I think it was 23 euros. The Lisboa card is well worth the money if you enjoy museums. Free use of the metro and buses is also very nice.
