Athens - check museum hours and/or go early

FYI - my guidebook said both the National Arch Museum and the Byzantine and Christian Museum are open until 20:00 in May on Sunday. They are not - both close at 15:00 :(
We almost missed the arch museum and had to rush through at the end - luckily one nice guy let us sneak in one of the halls on the way out and we go to wizz through a few more rooms...
