First time in Turin. What is best way to get to hotel near main train station.

There is bus service to the train station or use a cab-about 15 minutes away if I remember?

Confirmed - I took the bus from Caselle Airport to the City Center last September. I believe it makes one stop at the alternative train station Porta Susa before the main one, Porta Nuova. The trip took no more than 20 minutes. You can buy a Torino Pass at the airport for several time frames which includes this bus service - very good deal.

Thank you--I read about a bus but it said 40 min. and that seemed long for the distance. Twenty sounds fine. First time to Turin hope all works out. Plan on taking train to other towns and have my reservation to see the Shroud. Guess I am all set. Thanks again Cheryl
