We (my husband, two teenagers, and myself) are looking at these two apartments in Paris for the week around Christmas.

We really like this area and want space for the family to relax when we get home each evening. The kids (one boy, one girl) need separate beds which is why we like these better than most (many have two queens or a pull out couch).
Have any of you stayed at either of these two locations? Thoughts on these apartments?
Thank you!
Emily

The second one has no reviews; that would be a deal breaker for me.
The first one seems to better match your needs for your family. The first one is twice the size at 90 square meters vrs. 48 square meters, it has two couches for relaxing and a nice large table. I've rented an apartment on that same street Rue Vielle du Temple - I like the area, bustling and pedestrian.
There are reviews for the second one if you follow the link within the vrbo listing - to the my Paris visit company-- that listing indicates that it will only be available for mid-term rentals after sept. 2012. Might be something to check out to make sure it is still a viable option.
Thanks to both of you. Y'know, we noticed there were no reviews so we couldn't tell if it was a new property or if that was just a bad sign. And, I hadn't even noticed the apartment size! I am contacting the manager of the first property to find out more. Thanks again!
