apartment rental in Seville
we are looking to book a small apt in Seville for 3 nights in June. Does anyone have any favorites - and neighborhood recommendations (I read the old thread about San Vincente vs Santa Cruz - sounds like there is a strong San Vincente contingent). We have never used a rental before so any recommendations are most appreciated. Thanks

You can check apartments at booking.com to see what's available, and then check if they have their own webpage. You might get a break. If not, then, outside of going with Spain Select, it's the easiest way to rent an apartment.

We rented a lovely apartment in Seville using this website: http://www.sevilla5.com/
They were very helpful during the booking process.

Thanks all - I'm finding there are many options. wondering how you feel about the desirability of San Vicente vs El Centro vs Santa Cruz as locations. And how important do you think it is to try for a pool?

Santa Cruz is where mots visitors want to stay, very beautiful, near all the major sights, but also very touristy.
San Vicente is central and much more local atmosphere, I like this area very much. Also next door to some of the finest tapas bars in town (Eslava, Bodega Dos de Mayo, La Azotea etc.).
But Triana is also an excellent option, just across the city river Guadalquivir. Short walk to "everything". Triana is a vibrant and local atmosphere district and a cradle of the flamenco culture so important for the city and the region: http://www.andalucia.com/cities/seville/triana.htm
