Apartment rental in Rome at Vicolo di San Trifone 1 - easy to find?

Hello! So we are going back to Rome for our 4th visit and we have an apartment booked at Vicolo di San Trifone 1 near Piazza Navona. I'm not familiar with this street and I'm not having much luck with Google maps finding the exact location. We are going with another couple and basically I'm trying to figure out if it's easy enough to find on our own or if we should book a car from Termini. I'm leaning towards the car booking, but I thought I would ask here first. Has anyone stayed near here? Also, if we do book a car the apartment rental company is quoting 45E from Termini to this apartment. It's been a few years since I've been to Rome. Do you think this is a good deal or would it be better to just get a taxi upon arrival?
