Apartment rental in Paris:Rentparis vs parisperfect.com

Well, now we've decided we might rather rent an apartment. We can get one in the Marias from Rentparis and one in Rue Mouffetard area from Parisperfect. Either location is fine with us. Has anyone experience with both companies. Please let me know. I have done a search already. Thanks

We stayed at the Montrachet last September with Paris Perfect and could not have been happier.
They were perfect to deal with before we arrived, always responding quickly to our emails.
Once we arrived the sister met us at the apt and showed us around, even offering her daughter to babysit one evening for us. Really, they could not have been nicer or friendlier.
BTW, the apartment really made out trip! We would come back usually around noon for lunch and just put our feet up on the couch table and look at the Eiffel tower. Later at night we would nibble on ice cream and watch the lights twinkle on the Eiffel tower.
I don't know what happened to Mario, but we were very please.

Mario, you are not giving us a full picture with your short "they lied". Could you expand on that? Was the lie that they said there would be three sets of towels per person and there was only one? Or did they tell you where your apartment would be and they switched you to another. Or did they say it would be 500 euro per week and then charged you 750?
Complaints only make sense when you give some details.

I don't know about the two you are considering but we rented a one bedroom from "Vacationsinparis.com" in June. We were at first a bit put off by the location. After we setteled in and got a feel for the neighborhood we really enjoyed it. Can't recall the exact address but it was near Rue Montorguel.

try www.panacherental.com or Small and Elegant Hotels - both offer great locations/myriad of prices, etc.
