Apartment rental agencies in Barcelona

We have rented an apartment at the end of this month in Barcelona from EnjoyBCN, a rental agency with offices located on Gran Via de les Cortes Catalanes 620 in Barcelona. The apartment that we have rented is in the Eixample district which is where we wanted to stay. I would like to know if anyone has rented an apartment from EnjoyBCN and what their experience was like and if you would have any advice or suggestions for us.

You might have asked this question before renting the apartment, but you can check the following reviews:

Just ensure the rental is legal.

Thank you for the links and suggestions. I had already looked through the reviews on the EnjoyBCN website posted (ostensibly) by those who have stayed at their apartments but the reviews were all glowing and provided no useful information about the facilities or the agency's reliability. The links that you provided to TA did include some travelers that weren't treated so well so I have a bit of a challenge ahead. Thanks again for the information.

The links were posted by someone who works in hospitality - either at a hotel or B&B (I can't recall which) so they have a vested interest in steering you away from private rental apartments.

I am not suggesting you go for an illegal rental but I think it's time people declared where there is an interest/conflict of interest when they post 'helpful' info.
