Anyone ever tried No Jet Lag?

I read about it on the Rick Steves website-apparently it's some natural remedy for jet lag that they supposedly sell at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. I couldn't find it at Trader Joe's and was wondering if it was worth trying to find some.

Thanks marcy. I guess I'm a little slow - as soon as I posted the message it occurred to me that this may have been discussed before and I found that thread.

I've tried it and it took the edge off of jet lag. I purchased mine at Whole Foods. I've also seen it in the travel section of our local Target.

It's also available at drugstore.com, and my wife and I both believe that it helped us the first day and night on our last trip.

If you believe it will work, it will probably help. Faith does work wonders.

Well, 5 friends (small sample) 2 of whom were regular overseas travellers took it for trips to Europe and all were convinced that it helped anywhere from somewhat to alot.

Worth trying, but don't expect BIG miracles. Other advice: Don't drink caffeine or alcohol (or limit your intake to 1 or 2 drinks, followed by water "chasers&quot, drink LOTS and lots of plain water to completely prevent dehydration and walk around and stretch to keep your circulation going well. Personally, after lots of travel using various regimens to combat jet lag, I am convinced that more than 50% of "jetlag" is mild to severe dehydration. Avoid that and you'll feel better, even if you don't get much sleep on the flight.

Hi - (again). I bought the stuff but have never used it. Instead, I used Emergen-C which is a packet of powder that makes into a fizzy drink of vitamins and minerals and can be found in drug stores and health food stores. I have used it for years (one packet when they "awake" you on the plane and another after landing) and I never have jet lag. In fact, on my last trip, to London, I offered it to my friend who refused it. While she was trying to nap in a chair in the hotel lobby I took unflattering pictures of her. I was wide awake and ready to go while she was not able to stand. Day 1 was ruined for her - and me - and day 2 was not a lot better. I don't know what's in No Jet Lag but I also purchased it from Magellan's for friends. They wouldn't use it. What's the matter with some people? Oh - and I never follow the rules - I drink alcohol and caffeine on the plane and do whatever I want.
