Any comments on these hotels in/near Innsbruck?

I'm staying three nights in Innsbruck. Any comments on the following three hotels, or any recommendations (Prefer small/medium sized owner-operated hotels where folks won't laugh too much at my attempts at the German language): Gasthof Weisses Kreuz, Hotel Grunwalderhof (Innsnbruck-Patsch) and Gasthof Zur Traube (Innsbruck-Lans)
