Andalucia but not the big 3 (Seville, Granada, Cordoba)
Hello, Have a little over 2 days of free time after a conference in Seville in April. Have been to Seville, Cordoba, Granada, Gibraltar and Marbella before and looking to hit up new spots. Will have a car so preferably want to spend 1 day each in 2 towns. Ronda looks like it's a MUST? Where else should be top of my list? Malaga? Cadiz? Jerez?
Thanks so much!

If we do the latter, I was thinking that I can leave Seville late afternoon on a Thursday and be there by sunset. Stroll in the evening/dinner and then walk around the town for a half a day Friday before heading to Malaga. Spend rest of Friday and all day Saturday in Malaga and fly back on Sunday. Too rushed?

I'd stick with Ronda and Málaga. You loose a full day on the drive from Sevilla to Valencia, with more then 6 hours on the road. Add in a couple of hours for lunch and a fuel stop in Manzanares, about 4 hours into your drive. And if you want to enjoy your lunch, I woun't plan driving afterwards.

Ronda and Malaga sounds like a good idea, will give you a taste of two great and very different parts of the Malaga region: picturesque Ronda with the spectacular gorge etc., and genuine and laid-back Malaga city (3000 year old Phoenician Malaka) itself.
This fine, little intro takes you though three of my favourite places in the heart of Malaga, Casa Aranda - probably my favourite cafe in all of Spain - Antigua Casa de Guardia from 1840 with tons of Malaga wines on barrel, and the Atarazanas food market which also includes a couple of plain fabulous tapas bars. All within some 150 meters. And that's just the beginning: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yxdrYUUqMVs
