Amsterdam- Tours of the flower and windmill

Hello,

I am going to be in Amsterdam on March 28, 29, 30. I have been lookig on line for tours to go to the flowers and windmills. I do not drive or ride a 2 wheeler bike. I would like some reccomendations.

I have done research but want to know if anyone has a personal experiance with a tour in Amsterdam?

you don't need an expensive tour, you can get the bus from Schipol - the link is here:

Go early. By the afternoon, particularly during the weekend, the road from the motorway to the Keukenhof will be jammed with German tourist buses; to the point where they are at a standstill.

If you could figure out a way to take the back road in to the Keukenhof, you will see miles and miles and miles of tuplips, each parcel a different color. Absolutely beautiful.

don't want to be unhelpful but there are hundreds of hotels in amsterdam and probably as many tours.

how about you read a few guide books, looks at trip adviser for your travel dates, and then come back here with a few ideas that we can help you knock into shape?

the more research YOU do, the more you will learn about amsterdam before you go, and that will improve your holiday when you get there.
