Amsterdam apartment with CityMundo

Has anyone stayed in Apartment L01540? Didn't notice until too late that smoking is allowed, and though they tell me it doesn't smell smokey I would like to hear it from someone who has stayed thereIt's in the Amstel area. Here is link:

Granted this is my fault but the company is not being kind or helpful in putting me in touch with other renters. We would be OK with losing our deposit if necessary, but going in April and getting hard to find replacement.
Thanks
