American Airlines: Economy Minus Service

Jump to last reply

We purchased a code share ticket on Finnair and flew JFK to Milano last week on American Airlines. This was the most uncomfortable flight we can remember. The seats in coach were Small, Hard, and cramped. My five foot wife had a window seat and I had an aisle seat and we were both extremely uncomfortable Then there was the cabin temp-at one point I woke up and it was so hot I thought I died and went to hell. The final opportunity to add to our misery was the dinner they served. It was absolute slop.

Generally, we fly Delta, but we were able to find a better price with this Finnair codeshare. The old cliché is true, "You get what you pay for."

Two positive outcomes: 1. We arrived safely and on time, and 2. Our luggage arrived at the same time we did.

Buon viaggio,
