Alsace villages and/or towns

Jump to last reply

3 couples in our late fifties will be traveling from Brussels to Dijon. Plans are to spend 2 or 3 days in the Alsace region. Considering spending 2 nights in Colmar, or possibly Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Ribeauville or Turckheim. We will be there in the middle of June.
Our group enjoys people watching and outdoor dining. We do not want to stay up past midnight, but would we be best served in Colmar, rather than the villages mentioned above? Is there any activity in the small villages after nightfall, and we are not looking for night clubs, etc, but just a place to people watch and visit with the locals?
