All-Day Tour Guides in Rome Suggestions?

I am going to squeeze a full day stopover in Rome during an extended trip to Europe this summer with my family.

I am reviewing several on-line tour companies that have private all-day tours.

Does anybody have any experiences with any private all-day tour groups in Rome?
