All alone in Portugal-Itinerary?

I'm going to be coming from Granada, Spain to spend 7 days in Portugal. My family is Portuguese so I'm excited to experience my heritage. I will be alone, but am a seasoned traveler. I'm planning to rent a car for as much flexibility as possible.

I have been reviewing other posts, but would love some help fine tuning my itinerary especially where to stay and for how long.

My first day I will be driving from Seville. Where should I go first and where should I stay the first night? In the Algarve?

Would like to see Sintra, the megaliths in Evora, Porto, with a possible river cruise on the Duoro.

I fly out of Lisbon, so I'm thinking two days at the end of the trip in Lisbon.

Any thoughts where I should stay? Have I missed anything? I love the outdoors and beautiful scenery, architecture, history and wine and don't care to focus much on food.

Thanks for your help. This forum has helped with my travel for 13 years!
