Alitalia flight from Catania (Sicily) to Rome through eDreams

I am looking for a flight (cheap of course) from Catania to Rome FCO, and need to be in Rome before 9am to connect to the 10am flight from FCO to Budapest (Malev)

The only flight with good timing is Alitalia. At the Allitalia website it says the cost is ~200euros. But when I search eDream, it says the same Alitalia flight (one way) costs 38euros!!

How could that be?? I have found some reviews with eDreams, some bad and some good. But I think if the E-ticket they issue me is real, I won't worry too much about their service.

Does anyone know if eDream is even legitimate???
