Alhambra tickets booking online
Hello everyone,
Someone please help and make it clear.
We are about to book for Alhambra tickets online through ticket master. What confused me was about the quantity of the tickets that needs inserting. Kids are under 12 ( they are six and 5 years old) and ticket is free for them.
Do I insert 2 tickets for us OR 5 tickets? Because information on ticket master's website stated 'Admission for children under 12 is free but tickets must be purchased at the same time as the others. All visitors must carry a ticket when entering the Monument'.
If I insert 5, money for 5 tickets would be deducted.

BUYING ALHAMBRA TICKETS ON INTERNET:
Note: You will receive confirmation of your purchase by email. Don't book the tickets unless you are giving it your full concentration: we have heard reports of mistakes but they appear to have been caused by user rather than system error.
It is also important to remember that even though children do not pay, they will need to obtain a ticket. If you purchase your tickets online, first choose the number of tickets for your group (adults and children) and then apply the corresponding discount in the next step.

Thank you Robert2533. You are so helpful. I checked your profile and saw you commenting, giving advices to many many people who asked for help with their travelings and travel related issues. I'm glad that I opened an account in Fodor and found handfull of helpful people like you.
On ticketmaster website what I did was:
1) Chose the date---> clicked on 'Buy tickets'
2)inserted number of tickets (5 including the kids)---> clicked on 'Continue'
3)Chose the time we wanted to visit--->continue
4)Chose time of Nasarid Palace visit---> continue
uh ha...actually it was the promotions which was in Spanish that I didnt click on earlier. After your comment I carefully clicked on the 'Ninos menos 12A'- Ta da! Got discount! Pheww!
Is this what I should have'd done earlier, which I didnt do and got bare confused. I feel stupid now. Thank goodness that I got saved by following your comment; carefully!
