Pretty sure the nearest airport is Thessaloniki.

look at a terrain map ... they're in the Mountains ... Athens is closer to Delphi. You cannot fly in to Delphi. Drive or bus. That's it. study maps.

Athens is the closest airport to Delphi while Ioannina is the closest airport to Kalabaka about 100 km to the west.

...but I cannot understand your question:
a train ride from Athens to Kalambaka takes 5 hrs.
If you go by metro to Atehns airport, fly to Ioannina and go from there by bus to Kalambaka, it will take longer.
