Airport Choice Flying Out of London

Jump to last reply

I am planning on flying out of London into Italy, and have a few airport questions.

I see flights through RyanAir and a few other low cost carriers are cheaper going out of the Luton airport and especially the Stansted airport, but from what I've researched, these are both pretty far out of the city.

Is it worth it to take a cheaper flight out of these airports, or would I be better off spending the $30-$40 extra to fly out of Gatwick or Heathrow?

Thanks in advance for your help, you guys have been great with all of my questions.
