Advice - flying with children that are not your own?

Jump to last reply

Next week my partner is travelling to France to pick my children up from their holiday with their grandparents.... I am unable to travel as we have a 6 week old baby and we are still waiting for her passport to arrive! My partner is not the boys father, the boys are 12 and 6 and would both be able to explain who my partner is and that they are not being kidnapped! My question is do I need to write a letter or provide some kind of documentation to allow my partner to leave France and return home with the boys?
Thank you.
